On The Spot Catering and To Your Door Kitchen, a division of Dos Abuelitas, Inc. was born out of serving the United States Military at Camp Atterbury. Billie Chisman started a coffee shop called The House All Ranks Club in 2005 on Camp Atterbury. Since that time we have been serving our soldiers sumptuous food with warm hospitality. In 2012 she decided to bring that same service to you! With that goal in mind Billie decided to build a state of the art mobile kitchen. World Wide Trailers from Tampa Florida was commissioned to build our 48-foot totally self-contained state of the art vehicle. Imagine your guests delight when they see your food was prepared “On the Spot” rather than not across town. They are assured it is fresh and prepared just for them in a clean, sanitary environment. They can even inspect the kitchen if they like! People are amazed at the efficiency of this kitchen – believe me they look. It sets us apart from the norm and assures fresh food to your event.
