On Your Own Time helps facilitate connections between organizations and gig seekers - those who choose non-traditional opportunities, including retirees, at-home parents, and anyone who does not want a typical 9-5 working arrangement. Gig seekers are able to remain active on their own time, continue contributing their strong work ethic, commitment, knowledge and experience and learn new skills. Organizations benefit from the connection by having a source of skilled, affordable experienced candidates who want to complete part, full, or temporary work and projects, and can train and mentor less experienced workers, but are not required to provide advancement opportunities, annual salary increases, benefits, pension plans, etc. In addition to job matching, we also help organizations build truly inclusive environments through our W.I.S.E.
