About OncsCare

OncsCare is a clinician-led digital health innovation transforming how we monitor symptoms and triage risk in outpatient oncology. We are currently launching our first clinical pilot (Phase 1) as a Trust-approved Quality Improvement Project (QIP), co-designed with healthcare professionals and patients at University Hospitals of Leicester. Our goal is simple: enable safer, smarter cancer care between visits through daily symptom reporting, real-time alerts, and smart triage support. Built around real clinical workflows, OncsCare helps teams spot deterioration earlier, supports timely escalation, and lays the groundwork for AI-powered predictive risk models in Phase 2. More than just an app, OncsCare is a practical, stepwise innovation shaped by frontline experience, robust governance, and a commitment to safer patient care. By bridging the gap between appointments, we aim to reduce preventable harm, avoid unnecessary admissions, and give patients and teams more confidence at home. We’re proud to work in partnership with NHS clinicians, digital leaders, and regional innovation networks, including Health Innovation East Midlands.
