We all know this instinctively: when we’re happy, we produce our best work and are more likely to stay in that role. But how do we create the conditions in which everyone feels appreciated, supported and encouraged so that employers get the very best out of their teams? There is no one, simple answer to this question because everyone is different and therefore every team is different.
