About One Leaf Reflexology
After years of working in corporate services I have now stepped out to pursue my passion for reflexology and supporting you to take a proactive role in your own health and wellbeing journey. I hold a Diploma in Reflexology (hands, ears and feet) both in New Zealand and Internationally. While I have been practicing for over 5 years, I now offer treatments Monday to Friday from my home clinic in Helensville, Auckland. I also work in the corporate sector offering reflexology as part of company wellness initiatives. Reflexology may provide support with stress and tension, improving circulation and blood supply, sleep difficulties, calming and soothing pain. low energy levels and boosting feelings of wellbeing thereby making it easier to manage existing health conditions.
