At One Post at a Time, LLC, we believe in the transformative power of mindfulness. Our mission is to educate and equip individuals with practical tools and exercises that seamlessly integrate into daily life, fostering overall wellness and a sense of grace for oneself and others. What We Offer: GROUP SESSIONS: Tailored for adults, children, and families - our sessions create a nurturing environment for mindfulness education. ENGAGING WORKSHOPS: From one-time speaking engagements to comprehensive multi-week curriculums, we are proud to carry forward the exceptional work and legacy of Growing Minds. GROWING HEALTHY MINDS CURRICULUM: Our 8-week instructional series brings mindfulness directly into elementary school settings, helping young minds flourish with awareness and compassion. Our sessions will focus on strategies to enhance: Focus and attention Awareness Emotional regulation Self-compassion * While our sessions strengthen all 5 CASEL competencies, our primary and intentional focus is on the cultivation of self-awareness, self-regulation, and social awareness. Investing time purposefully nurturing these competencies can lay a firmer and more effective foundation for the relationship skills and responsible decision-making strategies which are often the emphasis of other SEL programs, like Second Step. Our approach empowers individuals to embrace a life rich with gratitude, calm, and self-acceptance. By nurturing a compassionate lens, we help cultivate joy and fulfillment in everyday interactions.
