One Source Environmental is a firm dedicated to providing superior environmental inspections, including asbestos, lead-based paint inspections and risk assessments, mold testing, radon testing, and property assessments. One Source Environmental, LLC (OSE) was formed in December 1993 as Get the Lead Out, LLC and initially provided lead-based paint inspections and risk assessments in North Carolina and South Carolina. Regional and national environmental firms began calling us requesting lead paint and asbestos inspections and in 2007 we hired an asbestos manager and an inspector. We now provide these asbestos and lead paint inspections from Texas to Florida to Maryland and up to Michigan for six due diligence national and regional firms. In 2009, we expanded our capacity by providing Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments and Physical Needs Assessments for local real estate transactions. In 2018, Get the Lead Out purchased One Source Environmental, a similarly situated firm located in Maryland. One Source Environmental is equipped with both the knowledge and experience to assist you with your environmental issues. OSE has been involved in thousands of lead and asbestos projects in small, residential properties as well as major projects in apartments, shopping centers, and industrial sites in the southeastern United States.
