We are OnetoOne Personnel; Back in the 90’s Ian our MD started out in the recruitment industry. Over the years he got frustrated by how transactional the industry was becoming and the negative effect that the lack of care for candidates and clients was having on the sector. In 2004 One to One Personnel was born and over the years we have attracted and retained some of the best recruiters in our region. In fact, between us all we have over 175 years of toil and graft and the average length of service is 8 years. The combination of our experience and love for what we do has helped make us one of the most trusted and valued recruitment partners in our region.
