Tony Nader, M.D., Ph.D., M.A.R.R., is a medical doctor trained at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Ph.D. in neuroscience) and Harvard University, and a globally recognized expert in consciousness. His bestselling book One Unbounded Ocean of Consciousness (Random house/Penguin 2021) has received great praise as a book to solve the hard problem of consciousness and answer the deepest questions about life and living. While most other theories accept the naturalism of the physical sciences and at most regard consciousness as an additional property of the fundamental stuff along with matter, Dr. Nader proposes that there is nothing other than consciousness and that matter and the multiplicity of loci of consciousness, us, for one, are nothing but consciousness experiencing itself from limited perspectives that hide the true nature of both the observer and the observed.
