How I measure success? At the end of every year I'll publish a report sharing the progress on the mission as per the following framework: Direct coaching: 1 unit per person per session. Workshops: 0.5 unit per participant. Active engagement on content: 0.2 unit per engaged user (comment or reshare or a purchase) Views: 0.02 unit per view.
