Our founders have over 50 years of experience working in the healthcare recruitment sector and we thrive on the knowledge that we’re connecting experienced healthcare professionals with medical organisations. Each founder has built successful companies from scratch, learning many valuable lessons along the way. Our specialist skills are diverse and include: sourcing and vetting candidates, industry compliance, business development, relationship building, tendering and being awarded national frameworks status (and have been part of framework agencies), carrying out audits and creating preferred supplier partnerships with organisations. Our reputation was forged on our ability to supply experienced Healthcare professionals on an emergency, last-minute basis, when very few others could.
