About Onemda

Onemda is a leading Victorian NDIS registered disability service provider for adults with an intellectual disability. Onemda develops and delivers evidence-informed group programs and individualised therapy programs with a focus on learning, development of life skills, social connection and well-being. Onemda has been providing disability services in the community for 55 years, and the provision and access to supportive high quality service delivery for participants and families remains at the heart of Onemda today. We are a long-standing and reputable disability service provider with a skilled, qualified and committed team of educators, support workers and therapists who work across our eight campuses in metropolitan Melbourne. We pride ourselves on creating welcoming, inclusive, safe and supportive campus environments for our participants, their families and our staff. The design approach for our individual campuses is inspired by nature which has been proven to enhance learning, social and wellbeing outcomes. We welcome and proactively include participant voices in the ongoing development of our campus environments and our programs of learning, social connection and support.
