About OnePeopleTO

At OnePeopleTO, we are committed to enhancing the lives of members in the Black, Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC) communities as well as honouring & understanding the intersection of all identities. We specifically focus on healing anti-Black racism, starting with the Black community and spanning across cultures, races & generations. The mission of OnePeopleTO (OPTO) is to create opportunities to establish personal leadership & long-term legacy in the Black community by providing an anti-racist, queer-positive & trauma-informed wellness & business hub. We demonstrate our work in three pillars: Healing. Inspiration. Transformation. HEALING - It is our belief that everyone under the sun needs some kind of healing and in truth, even though we are in pursuit of healing, we are never fully healed. There is always more to discover about oneself and that ongoing discovery is a healing act in itself. INSPIRATION is accessed more easily when we are able to access healing which creates space to breathe and think more freely. By fostering space to think, dream, imagine and create, we plant seeds of long-term legacy. TRANSFORMATION occurs when healing is undertaken and the newly available inspiration alchemizes lived experiences into a new vision of the future. OnePeopleTO provides space for this essential self-development out of which an entrepreneurial and social justice-minded spirit is often born. The name OnePeopleTO is a play on the Jamaican motto "Out of Many, One People" meaning that whether representative of the Black community or the Human Race, we are all made of many cultures, creeds & beliefs. No one person is one thing, we are multi-faceted just like our personal chemistry. We seek to align with local entrepreneurs, healers, practitioners and artisans with the same goal. We do this by offering individual healing services, community-based events, corporate packages & various membership options.
