Three years ago, I made a million dollar decision. I decided that I would QUIT selling personal training sessions. And that I would START focusing on selling Online Fitness coaching for $1,000 and up. That decision was the BEST I have ever made! Here’s a few reasons why: 1) Selling personal training session packages creates overwhelm, especially if you are the one that's trading the hours for dollars. Sure it's great to sell a package of 20 sessions, but the crappy part is that 20 hours of your life are exchanged for the payment of those sessions. Selling Online Fitness Coaching is a MUCH better value proposition. It is EASY and FUN to provide an excellent monthly service to 10 people paying you $1,000 each. Especially when you sell them an Online Membership site that automates the coaching for you. It is IMPOSSIBLE to leverage your time and energy when you have to perform 200 hours of physical labor worth of "training" while charging $50 dollars an hour. Either way you earn $10,000 a month. But, in reality the "trading dollars per hour" model makes you a slave to your business while Online Fitness Coaching allows you to make the same money while creating an Abundance of FREEDOM for you! Not only that, your clients who invested $50 per hour will cause much more stress, especially if you have to start your day at 5am, like I used to... The $1,000+ online clients on the other hand, will do EVERYTHING they can to succeed. WHY? Because the MORE money a person pays, the more they PAY ATTENTION!
