We are a formation partner for those companies that need to strengthen their learning strategies based on new technologies. We are a close team committed to the needs of our clients, whom we accompany from the moment a training need arises until the implementation of the solution. We analyze the possible solutions depending on the objectives and the group to achieve the best results. Thanks to our trajectory, we provide extensive experience in the different training methodologies, from face-to-face training, eLearning, mixed or gamified training. We are concerned about the impact of training on people and organizations, which is why we are very focused on achieving results. Our training aims to change people's habits and apply the knowledge acquired in their day-to-day life, for this reason we design long-term programs focused on achieving these changes in habits. Our origins "date back" to 1992, the year in which "3i multimedia" was founded, a leading company in the production of multimedia resources. In 2010, the 3i multimedia business was merged with the omplus company, a benchmark in skills training. This merger allowed us to complement and strengthen the offer that both companies already had. We are currently part of the Costaisa Group, an international business group specialized in health that for more than 45 years has offered strategic and business consulting solutions, and the design, development and implementation of technological solutions in the health sector. We are also majority partners of the company BDN plus, dedicated to training and changing habits in occupational risk prevention.
