O’YESS is an adult support service, that offers tailored support into employment for young adults, that will cater towards each individual needs. The choice of services will allow young adults to be involved in their own success for employment. Through on the spot training, access to support, mentoring, work experiences and to voluntary participate in their own career search. O’YESS is a unique support agency, that will create the opportunity for young adults to join forces with their peers and to promote themselves, as a suitable candidates. There will be plenty of opportunities to work voluntary within the company's offices, whilst seeking out employment options of your own choice. O’YESS has been established, with a view that there are many young adults unsupported who have had many unfortunate experiences. Because of poor relationships, family separations, ex-partners, friends and ex-friends, which has had an adverse effect on life choices and decisions made in life or future of employment. All too often, young adults have to cope alone with difficult choices in their lives, choices that become hurdles: low academic grades, access only to unskilled work, low income and long-term unemployment. Creating feelings of being marginalised or challenges of drug use, unexpected deaths (key family members or friends), premature parenting and misfortune of homelessness. All these events can create the feeling of isolation, uncertainty, lack of confidence, loss of willpower and no personal drive, to rise up to the challenge. Through good choices, positive role models, mentoring and nominating the best support services for you, we all must believe: "Together We Can Create".
