Inspiring a better tomorrow Guided by a blended Board of Directors comprised of residents and LTC sector leaders, the Ontario Association of Residents’ Councils (OARC) is a not-for-profit association that provides education and support to Ontario LTC residents and their respective Residents’ Councils. OARC efforts are directly informed by a resident advisory group called REAL (Resident Expert Advisors and Leaders), the members of which are truly "experts by experience," lending their voices and sharing ideas.
