About Ontario Centre for Classical Sport

The Ontario Centre for Classical Sport (OCCS) offers archery and fencing programs to individuals and groups at our eleven thousand square foot indoor sports facility in Mississauga. We run weekly recreational programs year round, and day camps during the summer and March Break. The OCCS also provides specific programming for home schooled youth, individuals with special needs, high school physical education classes and corporate events. All equipment is provided. At the OCCS archery and fencing are considered not only competitive sports but also classical martial arts and recreational pursuits. We believe that pursuit of these classical sports can promote recreational, health, social and personal benefits. Our instructors strive to make learning archery and fencing a fun and rewarding experience, thereby instilling a passion for these sports in each participant. All of our instructors are certified through one or more of the governing bodies of each sport (CFA, OAA, USFCA, NCCP) and are fully certified in first aid and CPR level C with St. Johns Ambulance. OCCS is committed to providing quality programming in a safe and fun environment for its members and guest alike. This commitment is embodied in its instructors, its associates, and its owners.
