Since our beginning in 1992, Ontario Home Health has grown to be one of the major suppliers of home oxygen and home health care products in Ontario. We have nine locations, including Stratford, Guelph, Cambridge, Orangeville, Collingwood, Owen Sound, St Thomas, and Hanover. We understand your need for prompt, courteous and professional service. Our history of working cooperatively with physicians, nurses, therapists and other health care agencies in our community has allowed us to assist thousands through challenging times with care and compassion. Ontario Home Health is a registered provider for the Assistive Devices Program (ADP), the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) and most other major insurers and funding agencies. Our qualified staff will assist our clients in obtaining funding assistance when available. ACCREDITATION CANADA Ontario Home Health is one of a very few providers in Ontario that have been granted the Seal of Accreditation by the Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation (CCHSC). This body has for many years evaluated hospitals, long term care facilities and other similar services.
