About OnTime Service
Hi, I’m Kerry Adkins, the president of OnTime Service. Thank you for your interest in our company. If I may, I’ll tell you a little more about OnTime Service and about how we work to serve our customers. My father, George Adkins, began the business in 1975. Eight years later, I joined him as an apprentice electrician. For almost four decades, we focused primarily on residential electrical service, repair and construction. In 2014, we began a heating and cooling division. In November 2016, we starting offering plumbing services to our customers. In April 2018 we opened up a new location in Daphne, AL to serve the Eastern Shore community. We have worked in thousands of homes and hundreds of commercial projects in Alabama. We are very picky about the heating and cooling technicians, electricians and plumbers we hire. We conduct extensive background checks on prospective employees and we perform random drug tests. We insist that our employees are professional, neat and clean, that they have no visible tattoos or piercings and that they are non smokers. If an OnTime Service employee ever smokes, swears or leaves a mess in your home, our service will be free. OnTime Service is a member of the Better Business Bureau, Homewood Chamber of Commerce, Vestavia Chamber of Commerce, Hoover Chamber of Commerce, Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce, Mobile Chamber Commerce and the National Fire Protection Association. We love to support local charities. If you are aware of a worthy and effective local charity please contact us with their information. We host representatives from charities periodically to educate our team about their work and then we decide as a team which charity we will support. We really enjoy hearing firsthand about the great work some of these organizations are doing in our community. To better reflect our commitment to arriving at a customer’s home or business on time our motto is "Service on time or we pay you $59!"
