And empowering ... on the other hand - getting people to 'make stuff happen' is critical. And Vanessa has a real talent for getting people to make tangible progress. So, supporting clients through the key stages of implementation: • Putting in place processes and tactical plans that will fulfil agreed strategies • Resourcing the marketing role – bodies and budgets, • Project management - defining deadlines and sticking to them • and measurement of results After all, talking only goes so far and we bring an intensive level of accountability to people who may otherwise forgive themselves for procrastinating. It’s a lonely world out there running your own business. And if a combination of someone genuinely ‘giving a sh*t’ and ‘holding people’s feet to the fire’ works, then we are delighted to play our part.
