About Onward Somatic Coaching

Onward Somatic Coaching supports women navigating life and career transitions, particularly those experiencing a sense of disconnection, loss of direction, or internal fatigue despite outward success. My clients are often high-capacity professionals or entrepreneurs who feel that something has shifted internally but can’t quite articulate what. They’ve tried changing jobs, cities, relationships, or routines — yet still feel emotionally flat, ungrounded, or stuck in overthinking. Through a unique combination of somatic coaching, embodiment practices, and feminine-centered frameworks, I help women reconnect with their inner resources — gently, deeply, and at their own pace. My work supports the release of survival patterns, the restoration of emotional clarity, and the development of body-led decision-making. Before founding Onward Somatic Coaching, I spent over a decade working in international companies in leadership development, women’s empowerment, and talent development. I have mentored and coached women leaders, collaborated with refugee entrepreneurs through Forward·Inc, and supported professionals navigating complex transitions. This professional foundation, combined with specialized training in somatic methodologies, allows me to offer a grounded, integrative approach to personal growth — one that honors both the nervous system and the deeper call for authenticity.
