About Open Door Charity
We create meaningful change in mental health from our home at the Bloom Building, offering free and immediate support and unique and worthwhile volunteering opportunities using innovation, arts and culture as catalysts for change. Our mission is around ‘Shaping Change’ in mental health. Access to the service is free and immediate - we are proud to have no waiting list, something we have strived for since opening in 2011. Alongside our mental health support offer, we provide the local community with a creative and social space, Bloom Building and Coffee, offering hot desking, workshops, tenancies, gigs, exhibitions, and more.
