What if we all saw ourselves as master's of our fate and captains of our souls? I am optimistic that if we become aware of our feeling, thought and behavior habits, we can have the power to change and grow and thrive. A student of emotions for many years, I am a warm, friendly and adventurous person. I am also practical and specialize in creating down-to-earth, hands-on, interactive exercises or "tools" for Personal Development, Effective and Harmonious Communication and Positive Relationships. I offer On-Line Classes and Courses focusing on Personal development, Communication and Interpersonal Relationships. I am alsoRelationship and Life Coach, Psychotherapist, Couples Counselor, Art and Photo Therapist and Hypnotherapist in private practice since 2005 in Seattle. I am a Voice Dialogue Facilitator and interested in Internal Family Systems and Jungian approaches to therapy, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ACT and Narrative Therapy. Along with helping people overcome problems such as Anxiety, Panic, OCD, ADD/ADHD, negative or depressed thinking and conflict with others, I enjoy working with people to identify what they want in relationships, work and life. Assisting people with personal development, growth and transformation by focusing on developing a sense of their personal values, clear intentions and goals and a plan with support to successfully lead the life they wish to have has been my life's work. I also specialize in LGBTQ, gender and sexuality issues. A SoulCollage® Facilitator and card-maker who has painted and worked with collage and mixed media since my high school years in Chicago, I am an avid traveler, hiker, sailor, kayaker and occasional skier.
