Open Horizon exists to expand opportunities, working on the individual, community, and systems level to enable equitable access to education, experience, and economic support. A small family foundation, Open Horizon was founded in December 2019 and is inspired by the potential of people to excel and make meaningful change when they have access to opportunity and support.
