About Operation Diversity
Operation Diversity® is a 'neurodivergent-led' specialist online educational and support resource committed to amplifying the voices of Neurodivergent children, and adults. We use our membership website, support services, Facebook page and both our Facebook community groups to challenge stereotypes, break down barriers, eradicate stigma, nurture, empower, and educate people about neurodivergent identity and lived experiences. Our aim is to improve the lives of neurodivergent children, adults, and their families long term. Our team consists of qualified, reputable, knowledgeable and extensively experienced specialist professionals such as emotional wellbeing coaches, behaviour intervention specialists, neurodivergent parenting coaches, ND friendly therapists, councillors, teachers, public speakers, writers, specialist consultants, learning consultants, chartered educational psychologists, clinical psychologists, barristers, SEN advocates, specialist assessors, specialist teachers, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, university lecturers and researchers, inspirational role models and Assistive Technology Trainers. All of our whom are fully insured and DBS (enhanced) checked. We help - Parents, Carers and Guardians, Education, Health and Social Care Professionals, neurodivergent people (children, teens, adults), and Employers.
