About Operation Unify Us
Operation Unify Us was founded on the belief that people that want to succeed can succeed, but sometimes they just need the right opportunity. We provide that opportunity to First Nation people and Defence Veterans. Why? Because First Nation people are massively underrepresented in the field of IT and are the original owners on the land which we live, and we believe if you signed a contract to protect and serve your country then you deserve the best chance of transitioning into the workforce. What do we do? We provide free cyber security training, mentoring and support, CV development, LinkedIn development and interview training to set you up for success in the in the private sector. For organisations the last thing we want to hear is "where did that candidate go from the interview", which is why we vet our candidates to a very high standard. And if there are any shortfalls in their skillset, we train them up. Be sure that be employing our staff you're showing compassion to these pillars of the Australian community, which is very empowering. The only way we'll move forward is if we do this together.
