Opportunus Advisory provides a range of services including: - developing decision-making frameworks and policy governance; - addressing the unique governance requirements for investment fund Independent Review Committees; - implementing and enhancing enterprise risk frameworks; - leading risk assessments, including fraud risk assessments; - updating or developing compliance policies and compliance procedures manuals; - supporting compliance change management and process improvement; - conducting compliance program assessments from both design and operating effectiveness perspectives; and - providing specialized internal audit support and investigative services. We also love to help firms improve their strategy development and strategic planning processes in ways that incorporates risk-thinking without putting risk or compliance management at the top of the strategy. Underpinning our approach is a commitment to operationalizing governance, risk and compliance (GRC).
