With nearly a decade inside a global pharmaceutical multinational, I’ve worked every layer of operations - from the factory floor to senior leadership. I’ve led end-to-end supply chain transformations, applying Lean Six Sigma and cultural change to deliver millions in savings while embedding resilience, accountability, and sustainable performance. I know the realities first-hand: cost leakages, broken flows, waste, disengaged teams, leaders stuck in firefighting. And I know how to turn them around - into leaner supply chains, sustainable practices, and leaders equipped to drive lasting change.
