Chad Marquardt is a veteran operations and finance leader with 20+ years of experience in health tech, diagnostics, construction, and retail. He has supported C-level leaders through system builds, financial reporting, and executive support—most recently as EA to the CEO of Delphi Diagnostics and Finance-Ops Lead at Riva Health. Joanne Marquardt-Berbower is a seasoned COO and administration expert. She brings deep experience in executive support, HR, finance, and vendor/project management. For 14+ years, she has run a successful virtual assistant business supporting founders and mid-sized teams. Jeff Berbower is a real estate operations and project management specialist with 13+ years at Redwood Property Investors. He manages full-cycle projects—budgeting, scheduling, reporting—for single- and multi-family developments, known for his precision and hands-on approach.
