About Optimal Support

We are a small collective of allied health professionals and support services who live and work by the values of compassion, honesty and integrity. We have come together with the purpose to work with both participants of the NDIS and private clients to provide objective, client-centred and holistic assessments and therapy for anyone and everyone, across the lifespan and regardless of circumstances, for a number of objectives. Our services are always tailored to meet the needs of our clients while also working within the NDIS framework where relevant to ensure the best outcome for all. We aim to empower those we work with to have control over their lives and help them make informed choices about how they live. We are not bound by environmental barriers and provide services to people across the country in metro, regional and remote locations. We practice with intention and are passionate about connecting authentically with our clients to truly understand them and their needs so that our interactions are always positive and work towards a client-centred goal using evidence-based practices.
