Blake Nielsen, was previously the General Counsel and Managing Director of Corporate Development at global fin-tech firm, Enfusion ("ENFN"). Over his 8+ years at the firm, he helped the organization grow from 10's of employees to >1,000 and played an integral part in the company's organizational growth strategy. His experience ranges across the organization, working with business leaders to establish and refine processes, build risk and governance programs (including a Public Company framework), create go-to-market strategies and terms, cybersecurity and privacy programs, international expansion, and private equity and debt financing. Blake uses his dual legal and business background to help leaders see around corners and unlock efficiencies, while managing risk and protecting value.
