What we can do for you: With two-decades experience volunteering, working and leading teams in the Not-for-profit sectors, we help you become inspired and equipped to become the leader needed to live an inspired life and create an engaging and flourishing workplace. We work with leaders, managers and executives to reduce stress, live a values driven life, and become a more brave and compassionate leader. We focus on mindset, wellbeing and leadership skills. 2. Workshop facilitation. We run bespoke and established workshops to build empathy, courage and resilience for a flourishing workplace. These workshops focus on empathetic listening, courageous conversations, building connected relationships, wellbeing to beat burn-out, and living into your values both individually and organisationally. 3. Motivational Speaking - we offer motivational and inspirational speaking for your workplace events that will engage, inspire and entertain your audience to take greater personal responsibility and lead a more flourishing life.
