About Options for Life

Options for Life believe that everyone has the right to a rich and fulfilling life. Our not-for-profit organisation works to ensure that people with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism in the Black Country have a welcoming place to express themselves, foster relationships and develop skills together, creating an environment where they can build their confidence and independence. We believe in allowing people to grow into their abilities, and ensuring they feel empowered to make their own choices and express their preferences, while also developing friendships and communication skills. Founded in 1988 and now with a budget of around £2 million a year and around 100 paid workers, we are the biggest Learning Disabilities charity operating in the Black Country. We pride ourselves in outstanding services for participants and highly trained, compassionate staff.
