About Options Wellness

We are a women-owned and operated clinic in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. Our partnership is comprised of a team including a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, a Family Nurse Practitioner, and a Registered Nurse/Office Administrator. We are proud to offer complete primary care services, as well as gynecological services to the non-pregnant female. We also happily see people of all gender and sexual identities for their primary care/family medicine needs. In addition to most major insurances, we will accept cash pay fee-for-services. With convenient scheduling, including same-day scheduling and walk-ins, we hope to provide a service to those in the community who deserve to feel their best as quickly as possible. We strive to educate on lifestyle medicine, incorporating a holistic and integrative approach. Clients are to be active in the decision making regarding their own healthcare. We believe in promoting health, wellness, and the empowerment of women.
