I set Orange and Blue up in 2017 having spent the previous 17 years delivering leadership development and training to the business community as part of the global Leadership Management International organisation. Although LMI is still at the heart of what I do I wanted Orange and Blue to reflect the wider scope of my service provision. As a fully accredited life and business coach, having graduated from the UK College of Personal Development in 2016 as well as a trained provider of Prevue HR profiling and assessments tools Orange and Blue can deliver a blended suite of development to companies of all sizes. My focus is to always help identify and deliver measurable business and personal improvement results for every client. 94% of my clients have come from introduction and recommendation over a 20 year period and by focusing on measurable outcomes around 75% return time and again for additional support. I'm working on the 25% that don't! With a background in sales, marketing, distribution management and organisational leadership I can also bring 20 years of practical hands on experience to each client interaction.
