OSR currates therapeutically-driven, team-building experiences for private groups across various areas of business. Each experience is strategically designed; based on the needs, capabilities and liabilities of that particular group and the individuals that comprise it. Although the structure and activities vary - each gathering places an emphasis on understanding one’s-self, understanding your teammates and working together to create space for the two to intersect. We believe that the most common pit-falls on any team can be traced back to breakdowns in communication. Whether it is an isolated event or an ongoing pain-point within the same department, the need to address these issues in the bud remains.
