This is also complemented by the BS 8484 accreditation for Lone Worker devices and services, which has been fully tested and proven for over 15 years. Continuous innovation and investment in our staff has meant that we have celebrated receiving many awards, including BIFM’s Innovation in Products, LHC’s Innovation of the Year, and the Housing Excellence Award’s Product of the Year – each received for our key management solution, eMAKS (electronically Managed Access Key System). Our staff, who are fully trained, DBS and PNC (Police National Computer) checked, have also been recognised for Excellence in Customer Service in the south east by the British Chamber of Commerce.
