About ORBYT

Founded in September 2019, Orbyt is an Australian fintech supporting small and medium-sized businesses (SME) on their journey from start-up to scale-up. At Orbyt, we truly believe that SMEs are the hardest working engine of the Australian economy, yet their needs continue to be unmet by the banking and financial services ecosystem. Our job is to help SME owners navigate the financial and non-financial challenges around starting, running and growing a business, and open doors for them they never knew existed. We are building a technology and data-driven platform that provides SMEs with access to finance, smart money management tools and an online community where they can connect, engage and extract value. Our products and services are designed to deliver transparent and innovative solutions that genuinely solve everyday problems. In April 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we launched The SME Circle (www.thesmecircle.com.au), an online platform to help Australian SMEs check their eligibility for COVID-19 government relief packages. Since the launch, we have helped over 1,400 Australian business owners and are currently in the process of building out the platform to help our community identify all government and private grants they could be eligible for. We have an experienced executive team with a deep understanding of both the SME sector and what it takes to build a fintech from the ground-up. Our team is growing, and we are on the hunt for exceptional talent across the country to bring our vision to life. 2021 is set to be an exciting year for Orbyt, so watch this space!
