Welcome To ORC Industries: ORC Industries is a not-for-profit manufacturing, logistics, and assembly company dedicated to producing exceptional quality products, premier services, and furthering the mission of the organization. ORC Industries' work is as diverse as our customers. We are a Defense Department contractor, outdoor recreation product manufacturer, and we provide warehousing, assembly and packaging for organizations and companies throughout the world. And we are proud of the fact that our production is entirely "made in the USA", with locations in Arcadia, La Crosse and Westby, Wisconsin, and in Brownsville, Texas. Mission: As a non-profit organization, our first duty is to those whom we are chartered to serve, namely, our employees with disabilities. To that end, our mission at ORC Industries is very clear: "To advance the independence, productivity and self-sufficiency of people with disabilities through employment opportunities." It has been proven time and again that an independent, productive and self-sufficient person is a person who has a healthy sense of self-worth and self-esteem. Those factors, and other benefits of being a productive employee, enable a person to contribute to and gain from the community. That community is ORC Industries, and the larger community we are all a part of.
