Jill Robinson our Resident Holistic Goddess, Menopause & Breathwork Expert specialises in supporting women and business owners through the perimenopause and menopause through developing and tailoring fitness plans for you, helping you to balance your hormones with specific diet plans to blitz belly fat and breathwork classes to help you with anxiety and hot flushes. She can also work with your business to create a specific menopause policy that might include a suite of training courses and support packages for your female employees by either putting together some specific programs people can access online or coming onsite to deliver specifically tailored programs and workshops to help to keep your workforce healthy and also educate other members of staff around what to look out for and how they can help to support their colleagues. Or help advise you on what types of support women in the workforce need. A healthy workforce is a more productive workforce after all!
