Organize For Liberia (OFL), Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public charity organization committed to inspiring the young people of Liberia to become leaders, by engaging them in exciting mentor-based programs that build their capacities and inspire innovation by fostering well-rounded life capabilities including self-confidence, communication and leadership. We believe that it is our duty to be effective stewards of the financial resources entrusted to us. At the core of our accountability to stakeholders, we believe the following: • As an organization and as individuals, we act ethically • We treat all people with respect • We are open and transparent about the work we do and how we do it • Our stakeholders participate in design, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of our work • We commit to achieving demonstrable impact for our stakeholders, using their feedback to innovate, learn and improve. Organize For Liberia (OFL) stakeholders are people or organizations affected by OFL’s action and decisions. Our primary stakeholders are the people and communities we serve. Other stakeholders include: donors, partners, governments, OFL’s team members and OFL’s board members. Vision Organize For Liberia (OFL) vision is to develop young people capacities by ensuring that they are given essential skills through social, economic and educational programs, vital to sustain¬able development in Liberia.
