Established in 1978, Oriel Printing Company Limited, are expert sheet-fed UV litho printers and print enhancement specialists, based in Hull. Oriels’ purpose-built factory is ideally placed in the heart of the country to serve the UK and Europe. Our print facility is one of a handful in the UK able to print onto many specialist substrates including plastics, foil and board at the highest quality achievable. Our core markets tend to be within the premium packaging, sleeves and POS markets. We offer an array of sustainable options and produce many fine quality paper and board products that are fully recyclable and often FSC certified. We have a great deal of experience and an excellent reputation for quality and service nationwide. Oriel boasts a pleasant atmosphere as the traditional family values of the business remain strong with our experienced workforce. At the forefront of technology, our modern machinery can produce fantastic results on a wide range of materials up to B1 in size and 1000 micron in thickness. Our efficient presses enable us to print up to 7 colours plus two coatings, in one pass, and our print room operates to the strict BRCGS Packaging ‘food hygiene and quality’ Standard (‘AA’ grade). Oriels’ scope can handle the smaller end of the print market competitively, producing sampling runs right up to prestigious high quality, high volume products comfortably. We pride ourselves in taking the care and attention that each project requires and guarantee our clients total satisfaction. Our investment in Scodix Digital Print Enhancement took Oriel to another level, offering even more value-added finishes on site. Raised digital foiling and high-build spot UV varnish print enhancements are something very special indeed, giving results which are truly remarkable.
