About Orient Futures
Orient Futures Co., Ltd (the Company), founded in 2008, is a diversified company mainly dealing in futures with the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). Wholly owned by Orient Securities Co., Ltd, Orient Futures has registered capital of RMB 4.3 billion, and more than 800 employees. The Company is primarily engaged in commodity futures brokerage, financial futures brokerage, futures investment advising, asset management and fund distribution. It is a member of Shanghai Futures Exchange, Dalian Commodity Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, Shanghai International Energy Exchange and Guangzhou Futures Exchange, as well as a general clearing member of China Financial Futures Exchange. Three wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company are Orient Cooperation Capital Ltd, Shanghai Orient Fortune Co., Ltd and Orient Futures International (Singapore) Pte Ltd.
