About Original Allstars Music

Original Allstars Music is a Community Interest Company with the purpose of giving young musicians of all abilities and all backgrounds the opportunity to develop their confidence, creativity and sense of belonging through music. To make sure all young people get the most benefit out of the work we do, we have created a collective of young musicians called The Shoreham Allstars. This collective has been running since 2008 and is made up of young musicians aged 7-18 who play, write and perform all styles and genres of music, playing regularly in various venues, festivals and schools in the South East. The musicians grow with the support of their communities and enrich those same communities with their music. Young people face various challenges and stresses in their teenage years – Original Allstars Music functions as a musical home for them, a part of their life where they can create, develop and express their musical identity within a safe, nurturing and supportive music environment.
