In a nutshell we are experts in "Business Development & Business Transformation." We use our Business Development skills to identify and create partnerships that enable leverage for driving revenue*, distribution or that enhance “the product.” We aim to transform businesses with the aim of aligning People, Process and Company resources more closely with (and to enable the delivery of) business strategy and vision. We understand that people make business thrive but that controlling the numbers makes them profitable. Having run and developed multi million companies in the UK and in the USA, and also developed major household name brands we believe that we have the capabilities to assist businesses across a wide portfolio. Collaborative is key, coupled with a flexible, no nonsense approach.
