ORKA Projects venture- ORKA Restaurant in Hong Kong is a plant-forward energetic showcase of how healthy & sustainability-driven dining can be tasty, trendy, and all-inclusive. Located on Wyndham St. Central Hong Kong, it is positioned to be a one-stop destination for meat lovers, pescatarians, and vegans to dine at the same table and celebrate over high-quality food & beverage creations. ORKA'S seasonal menus are curated by award-winning wellness professional Nobin K.John & his team of aspiring culinary wizards. The menu features comfort dishes inspired from around the world made using sustainably sourced high-quality ingredients, designed to provide a nutritional balance without sacrificing taste. More than half of the superfoods & produce used are directly sourced from sustainable-themed corporations locally & around the world with the intent to work to lower the carbon footprint on every plate served.
