ORTEGA DESIGN IS AN ARCHITECTURE AND INTERIOR DESIGN STUDIO FOCUSED ON DELIVERING ENVIRONMENTS THAT ENHANCE PEOPLE’S LIVES AND CREATE MEANINGFUL INVESTMENTS FOR OUR CLIENTS. Our design services integrate Architecture, Interior Design, and FF&E (Furniture, Finish and Equipment) selection and procurement to deliver award-winning multifamily residential, hospitality, and retail designs that explore and challenge how people engage with the built environment. Established in 2012 by Fidel Ortega, the practice builds upon two decades of experience working with developers, owners, and brands to create curated, unique design solutions with a personal touch. As an Interior Design consultant, we partner closely with the prime architect and the design team to produce spaces from the ground up, including lobbies, management offices, leasing facilities, amenities and support spaces, corridors, elevator lobbies and unit or guest room finishes. As the Architect-of Record for extensive renovations, we lead a team of experts that includes Mechanical, Electrical Plumbing and Fire Safety Engineers, Landscape Architects, Audiovisual and Security consultants and other team members to ensure that the design, permitting and construction processes are executed properly, on time and on budget. Our portfolio demonstrates our expertise with new construction, adaptive re-use projects and building repositioning and upgrades. Our services encompass the breadth of the design, documentation and construction process from early concepts and feasibility studies, to final delivery of the building. At Ortega Design, we pride ourselves in the philosophy that design solutions rely on successfully integrating diverse components and incorporating a holistic, collaborative and innovative design approach.
