At Orthogenic Laboratories, we manufacture custom medical-grade EVA devices that fully contact the foot to enhance performance, improve function, prevent injury, reduce pain, and align the body throughout the gait cycle. The 3D scanning technology that we've developed, allows us to take precise biometric data using an infrared structured light scanner on an iPad. Our team of Canadian Certified Pedorthists use German-engineered Paromed© 3D Scanning Technology and Software to individually design and customize every orthotic. Through a process called subtractive manufacturing, the orthotic is carved with extreme precision from a shock-absorbing EVA block and then hand grinded for a perfect fit. With over 25 years of combined Pedorthic experience in both clinical and technical aspects of the field, all our Pedorthists are members in good standing with the Pedorthic Association of Canada. Our top priority is creating a seamless transition between practitioner and lab to provide quality care for patients. With thorough and efficient fabrication systems in place, we have significantly reduced turnaround times to one of the best in the country, averaging 1 week for all incoming orders.
