About Orum Stair
In 2001 Jack Orum and Brad Stair partnered together while working at King Thompson, Realtors which later became Coldwell Banker King Thompson. In October 2002 they formed Orum Stair, Realtors and built one of Central Ohio's top 10 real estate companies. From then until 2005, the company provided management and marketing services in 25 of 88 Ohio counties, serving the largest coverage area as a government contractor for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the state. In 2005 the company began to grew through a number of acquisitions and mergers and continually ranked as one of the top 10 real estate brokerages in Central Ohio. In February 2011, the company was sold and joined with that of another successful company with multiple offices based out of Cincinnati. After selling the company, Jack and Brad formed Orum Stair, LLC. Orum Stair focused on providing select clients full service buyer and seller representation, specialized investment and commercial sales to investors, but primarily providing management and marketing services as a government contractor to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development selling government and bank owned properties until 2013.
